Two-Day Therapy Retreat Helps Treat PTSD and Improve Relationships

Couples therapy for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) delivered during a weekend retreat reduced PTSD symptoms and increased relationship satisfaction in a recent study conducted for the Consortium to Alleviate PTSD (CAP).
